Identify and Target Top Clients

One of the most common mistakes drycleaners make is trying to be everything to everyone.

Make sure to define your ideal client—the person who will give you the most money in return for the value you are providing. Think of your ideal client as a target on a dartboard.

The top 5% of clients make up more than 50% of your revenue, so focus your efforts on identifying who those clients are and getting more people like them.

Knowing where they live, their professions, pain points and goals will allow you to tailor your marketing efforts directly to their needs.

You can also identify what groups your top clients belong to, their shopping preferences, and other home and personal services they outsource.

Finally, it is very helpful to understand what keeps them up at night – their fears and desires.

If you like discussing how to identify top clients, and then how to leverage your time to sell one-to-many, then don’t miss the FREE DLI sponsored webinar I am hosting this Wednesday, July 16th at 1pm EST.

Have a great week!
