Website Chats are Powerful

There are tremendous benefits to your prospects, existing clients, and your company by installing a Live Chat widget on your website.

At In The Bag Cleaners, we have five to seven daily prospects ask questions on our chat widget, that they want answered before they start using our services. Usually, these are clarifying questions about turnaround time, how our services work (especially pickup and delivery), hours, and prices.

This lead flow alone, even if you don’t intentionally push traffic to your website, can help you take an active approach to converting prospects into clients. You are providing instant support, ensuring their questions and concerns are handled.

Although chatbots and artificial intelligence responses are improving, my preference is to have questions handled personally by a member of your team. The easiest way is to have their original chat immediately converted to a text thread with one of your team members. In many cases, this is your first impression, and you want to treat them like a welcomed guest instead of just a number.

By having the chat widget on each page of your website, you will be ready to answer questions when your clients are reviewing your website messaging and offerings. This will also cut down on a lot of phone calls, which can interrupt your retail advisors when helping other clients.

Most importantly, you are handling objections and questions in a personal way, and have the opportunity to remove any concerns so they proceed to the next step of being an actual paying client.

If you use a company like Cleaner.Marketing, SMRT, or BeCreative for your marketing, they can typically install a Website Chat Widget for you to use, and then any communications can be accessed on a central portal one of your team members monitors.

Otherwise, here are some chat widgets I know have been successful for some of our members:
            Tawk.to
            Intercom.com
            Livechat.com
            Tidio.com

Take action today on this and start converting more prospects into clients.

Have a wonderful week!
