A Maverick Thank You at the Holidays

As the year winds down, I wanted to pause and say thank you.
Thank you for reading my weekly posts.

Thank you for spending a few minutes of your busy weeks thinking about your business a little differently.

I know how demanding this industry can be. The long days, the constant decisions, the feeling that there’s always one more thing that needs attention. That’s why the holidays matter.
This is the time to step back.

If you can, take some time off. Close the store for a day or two.
Leave the phone in another room. Let your mind rest. Spend time with friends and family. Laugh. Eat too much. Sleep a little longer than usual.

Rest isn’t laziness. It’s maintenance. It’s rejuvenation so you can charge your batteries.

Some of the best ideas, decisions, and breakthroughs don’t happen when we’re grinding—they happen when we finally slow down enough to think clearly again.

I’m grateful you’re here, and I don’t take that lightly. Writing these posts only matters because people like you read them, reflect on them, and apply what makes sense to your own business and life.

My hope for you this holiday season is simple:
Come back rested. Come back clear-headed. Come back ready for a strong year ahead.
