The Game Has Changed

If you want to be in the top 5% of the industry, you have to see the “game of business” differently than the other 95%.
 
You have to be different.
 
Your team has to be different.
 
Your business has to be positioned in the marketplace differently than the other players. Much different.
 
You must see yourself as the PROMOTER of your services rather than the PROVIDER of your services.
 
To properly promote your services, you must know:
            1 – WHO your client is (and everything about them)
            2 – WHAT you can offer them (and what they want)
            3 – HOW you can offer it in a way that they buy, then keep buying
 
You need to understand the CLIENT JOURNEY.
 
That is what marketing is all about.

  • Attract the right prospects
  • Acquire them as paying clients
  • Appreciate your clients
  • Ascend them, getting them to use your services more often, and more of your services
  • Retain your clients, and re-engage them as needed 

No bait and switch selling.
No trickery.
No aggressive tactics.
 
You need to CARE about your clients.
 
Show them you care by understanding their journey with your company.
